Although the magazine seems to be more of the "artsy" food appeal, I thought it would be good to have a section that's more along the lines of "get to know the chef" but while they're cooking/prepping. It's more so to get a side of a chef that's not normally seen in a kitchen.
As for these three, they're not really included in the magazine per-say, but they're cute.
